The Soul-fed Journey is a deeply supportive, soul-centered coaching experience for adults who are ready to heal their relationship with food, reconnect with their body, and create lasting wellness, without restriction or self-judgment.
This program is grounded in the understanding that resistance creates persistence. I don’t believe in taking things away or labeling foods or habits as “bad.” Instead, we work together to gently integrate new, nourishing habits and tools into your daily life. Over time, these new patterns begin to fill the space that harmful or self-sabotaging behaviors once held until they naturally fall away, and you’re left with a life built on self-love, not self-discipline.
As a certified holistic nutrition specialist and someone who has done this work personally, I meet you with empathy, understanding, and practical tools. I’ve walked this path myself and now I help others do the same.
